CGD Art Studio provides creative renovation services in residential, commercial interior and conceptual residential architecture planning and design. Our ethos hinges on thoughtful design and value-driven creative input, meaning everyone can have a well-designed home. We essentially renovated the design thinking process to make things easier for homeowners. Our approach is grounded by a set of timeless principles our clients can use to achieve the desired design outcome in the most efficient manner. Every design challenge requires a response that respects the client’s wishes while adhering to a given budget. CGD Art Studio addresses this challenge with our promise of worry-free simple designer renovation solution with our 3P process. Our approach [ planning, palette and pricing package ] is a convenient process to create effective comfortable spaces without spending countless hours and days toiling over the nitty-gritty details of a renovation. We price and measure renovation by our combined design and renovation output. In other words, we do not just charge by square feet or foot run as that is for contractors who complete quantitative constractual works with no qualitative design output.

At CGD Art Studio, we do not just define SPACES, we create PLACES. Designing and defining a place is the beginning of an architect or interior designer’s work. A building is not about the architect; an interior space is not about the interior designer. It is about the place and its users.
